Free Estimates: You can drop by our location during the day and have one of our experienced estimators look at your vehicle. To eliminate or minimize your wait time, we recommend that you call in advance to make an appointment.

Field Estimates: One of our experienced estimators can travel to your location to inspect your vehicle should this be more convenient for you.

Valet Service: Arrangements can be made for a ride to work or home when you drop your vehicle off for repairs. The same arrangements can also be made to be picked up at work or home when your completed vehicle is ready. We also offer free pick-up and delivery of drivable vehicles within a 20-mile radius of our facility.

Rental Car Service: Convenient rental car service is available from Hertz or Enterprise. We will make all the arrangements for you. The rental car will be ready for you at our office and can be returned back to our office when you pick up your completed vehicle.

Towing Service: 24 hour towing service is available. Jest give us a call and we will make all the arrangements. In the event you need to contact the towing company directly, please call Starbuck's Towing at (425) 454-1800. The towing companies will bill us directly.
